Role & responsibilities
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll own large parts of our platform end-to-end, from data ingestion and infrastructure to the services and interfaces our users depend on. You’ll set technical direction, make foundational architecture decisions, and ship quickly without sacrificing rigour.
What you’ll work on
Backend services, data pipelines, and APIs at the core of the platform
Infrastructure and tooling that keep us fast and reliable as we scale
Foundational architecture decisions that shape the product for years
Close work with research to turn prototypes into production systems
What we’re looking for
Strong software-engineering fundamentals and shipped production systems
Comfort with ambiguity and owning problems end to end
Range across the stack, from infrastructure to product surfaces
Experience with data-intensive or ML-adjacent systems is a strong plus
